Terhi Ansala has joined Nextcon in the role of ICT PO for Traficom. Terhi is a long-standing professional with more than 20 years of experience in managerial level positions. During her career she has worked as Project Manager, Development Manager and Product Manager. During his career, Terhi has gained experience in a wide range of sectors, including broadcast centres on ocean-going cruise ships, digital marketing, several sales and customer service management roles, coaching business and wholesale construction and renovation. Terhi’s diverse and long experience makes her an excellent addition to Nextcon and enables her to take on new areas quickly.
At Traficom, Terhi’s work started in mid-March; first of all, of course, by familiarising herself with Netxcon and her new role. Expectations for the new role had already begun to emerge, and after a short familiarisation, the scope of the work and the areas for development were becoming clearer. Terhi is already looking forward to getting to grips with her new job. She believes that the job requires, above all, an organiser who is able to clarify big picture issues that are then easy to manage and take forward. Terhi is the right person for the job.
When asked about her future expectations, Terhi says that she hopes to work in jobs that are meaningful and self-developing. She thinks it is important to keep her enthusiasm for work alive.
– I have an inner desire to learn new things. I want to keep the flame going,” says Terhi.
For Terh, the basics of everyday life, such as health and the well-being of loved ones, are the foundation of everything. She believes that happiness is made up of the things that matter to us, which each of us builds up around ourselves through our own choices, and each of us is responsible for this. Terhi sums up her philosophy in a few words:
